We came to the dentist when they first open , my mom was the first one to get braces , then my sister then Me , and now my little sister , we are really happy that we did it when this dentist , super kind nice people great service , Maria is super helpful , and dentist doctor Sarraf is the best ! We love this dentist , I highly recommend to everyone to come to this place ! The best ! They are really helpful and amazing service and they will help you with anything you need !

I just came out of a root canal treatment today. I was referred to this dentist by my primary doctor. Everyone other than Dr. Arash Nia treated me fairly nice. But I am leaving this review to warn everybody else about Dr. Arash Nia. He was very serious and did not make me feel welcomed. He made me feel awkward, when I would speak to him, I would feel completely ignored. The staff was kind enough to help me but Dr. Arash Nia is the meanest denitst I have ever dealt with. I will bevasking to get referred somewhere different.

I arrived one hour early for an appointment that had been confirmed two days earlier. I was then informed that they no longer take my insurance. Perhaps someone could have called me to inform me of this before my arrival?! This place seems to have a BIG problem with communication. On the plus side, the facility looked pristine and the lady at the front desk was both embarrassed and very apologetic.

Arrived at 250pm. Appt at 3pm. 41mins later ans they finally call my son in. Unbelievable! I wait like 2 mins at my dentist. But for some weird reason my dentist doesn't take my son's Delta or else he wouldn't be coming here.

April 8, 2026- I had an appointment at 9am. I don’t understand why they schedule appointments the same time as they open their clinic. I didn’t get seen until 10:45am to deliver my inlay which took over an hour. So we had to reschedule deep cleaning and 3 fillings.

I made an appointment for those remaining services April 14 at 10am. Clara one of the receptionist did not put that appointment in because I called Monday, April 13, to make sure and another receptionist said I had no appointment for that date. She made a new appointment for Wednesday, April 15th instead at 5pm.

Today, April 15th, I got seen at 5:44pm and was told to only get the right Lower quadrant deep cleaning because they don't have time to do the whole service since they close at 7pm. Frustrated and upset because they could’ve given me a call before I showed up to reschedule the whole thing before me showing up in the clinic, I requested a refund so I can go elsewhere. After I requested the refund, then they offered to do the whole service today.

I refused to stay because this whole thing could’ve been avoided with a better time management and quite frankly, I didn’t want them to mess up my teeth more if they’re going to be rushing since they were going to close in an hour.

I normally don’t waste my time leaving a review but for what it’s worth, based on my experience, maybe you guys can dodge a bullet from getting a bad service from this place.

I came here as a first time client in early February. They took my info and did xrays. I thought they would at least do a clean up, but the dentist only told me what needed to be done. Mind you, when he came, he didnt introduce himself and I didnt know he was talking to me since I basically had my back towards him. So I was only told what needed to be done and was told to wait in lobby. After about 5 mins, the receptionist called me and said that they would send the treatment to the insurance and would call me back for an appointment. It's been 2 months and they never called me back to schedule another appointment.
