Ms Kim is wonderful, kind, compassionate and well spoken. She listens to your problem, and will help you give her all the correct pieces she needs to start coming up with a diagnosis. And she will involve specialists or who ever she needs to get you the treatment you need.

Excellent customer service I came a few days ago for some questions about my insurance if it’s accepted to Optum and a main receptionist name Jenny helped me out all my questions and concerns a little nervous but she’s great! Would come in sometime for a checkup!

PCP Kim went above and beyond, she was so caring and patient. I went in there a bit hesitant but I left happy with her, I even asked her if I could request her as my doctor, she said she worked under both doctors and it was not possible. I really like her.
