When I called Mario, he answered immediately. We set the date for consultation and he was on time. We spoke for a while and walked the outside of home. He explained in detail what the process was for repairing, priming and painting. Mario explained everything that would take place. He explained the options available and once we decided what would be best he provided us a quote. We then discussed the options for a redo for the kitchen. Again he was very thorough with his explanation. Needless to say we took both quotes and we have ended up with a Fabulous outside and Fabulous kitchen.

I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve had a great experience with this company . In the past had many problems with contractors, but genuine coatings are very professional painting company. Excellent company, they did what they promised and more. the workers showed up timely every day, worked extremely hard (in very hot weather) and cleaned up at the end of each day. they made the required stucco and wood repair and painted my home and did a good job and my home looks fabulous.
