Should have read the reviews before booking an eye exam here! The doctor had a very terrible bedside manner. Won't get into specifics of my awful office visit but save your money and go elsewhere.

This is where your ophthalmology needs will be met. They have a large selection, and the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the manager, Monica. She attended to my needs and was so helpful, going above and beyond with my orders. I will be a returning customer.

I had such a pleasant experience here! Staff is super friendly! Large variety of glasses, and great customer service. I met the manager Monica and she was such a genuinely kind person. Safe to say I will be coming back again soon!

The doctor was rude and condescending. She rushed my eye exam, gave poor instructions, and did not create an environment where I felt comfortable voicing concerns regarding my health. If you ask for clarification of her confusing instructions, she raises her voice at you. I also heard her being rude to the previous 3 patients before me (especially Spanish speakers). My appointment was at 5:40pm (20 min before closing) so she spent no more than 3 minutes conducting my eye exam. This caused her to incorrectly prescribe me. I cannot see well with her prescription.
On the bright side, the company has great deals like free exams for 3 years for additional $10, glasses as low as $89, and both contacts and glasses exams for $120. I will not be returning to this specific location but I hope to be serviced at a different store.

The optometrist was very nice however her staff were not. Very dismissive unless they’re trying to sell you something. I got my prescription without a pd and had to return to get it. When I returned they tried to sell me glasses again. Why would I want to buy anything from you? You don’t have a welcoming environment. No thanks

They were nice to me when I went the first time but when I went to pick up my glasses they were rude and acting like they didn’t want to help me. The lady who gave me my glasses didn’t give me the proper instructions like she’s supposed to after she gave me my glasses she walked off and they acted like they didn’t want to answer my mom question either they just grinned at each other before giving her an answer. I would recommend this company to anybody they have great deals. I just wouldn’t recommend the Huntington park location because they’re rude and lost 2 customers already.
