I can't begin to express how wonderful the staff at this location were. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Jessica, the district manager, was absolutely amazing, and both Amber and Bonny—the makeup artist and stylist—truly brightened my day.
I had just come from a terrible experience at the Ulta in Huntington Beach Bella Terra, where the stylist left my hair and makeup in a complete mess on one of the most important days of my life—my wedding day.
