I don’t understand why this location has such a low rating? I went in there last night and everything was super nice and helpful. The security guy was very nice and said goodbye when I left and he had a big smile on his face. The girls at the cash register was extremely friendly and professional. The young woman on the floor was extremely helpful. I had a lot of questions and needed help finding things and getting matched with a foundation and she was great. I don’t know maybe they have a new management team or something. I highly recommend this place. I even signed up for their credit card and they gave me a free mini M.A.C. Mascara. The store is huge! My makeup artist cancelled the appointment two weeks before, and I was rushed into finding another. Unfortunately, everyone I contacted was not available. It was when I found out about Ulta Beauty Services. I booked the formal makeup, and was quoted to start at $60, with an additional $10 for eyelashes.The location called me a week prior to the appointment to confirm, which to me was quite far in advance to make a reminder. On the day of the appointment, I proceeded to the end of the Ulta store, to the Salon area. 2 stars is generous.I’ve been coming to this Ulta for a long time 3-5 years at least. I keep going back because of the wide variety of products and it's proximity to my house. I always feel like I'm being stared at when I walk into this specific location. Every security guard they hire is creepy and has followed me and my family around the store. A lot of the employees also follow me around the store as well. The staff at this location aren't very nice either, I've always felt uncomfortable in the store.Also the shopping baskets they hand out are filthy and dusty. You'd think they'd at least try to keep those clean sense they're handing them out to customers.
