Lori was my stylist for a VIP haircut experience this week. She asked me for my preferences, listened to my requests, and then gave me the best overall haircut I have had in a very long time. Normally stylists rush through the process, but not Lori, she took her time and ensured every aspect of the haircut was completed to the highest possible quality and the end result was something I am very pleased with. This location is not very convenient for me, but because of the experience and great haircut received from Lori I will definitely come back and request her again for my next haircut at Sport Clips. The 1st time I came in, I had a good experience. It was a minimal wait time and the service was really nice. However, 2 times in the past 2 weeks I have come in attempting tempting to get a haircut only to see that it was at least a 45 minute wait each time with only 2 Stylist on duty. When I attempted to check in through the app in advance, I was unable to find this location. I don't mind paying a premium price for a hair cut, but I do mind long waits. This is a deal killer for me. Uninstalled the app and unsubscribing from email list.
