We brought two dogs to Qualified Pet Dental. One dog was 12 And the other one was 13. Everyone that dealt with us was friendly, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, both of our dogs were not willing participants for this procedure. The staff tried to comfort our dogs, but it was not going to happen. One of our dogs had a history of seizures. Because of our dogs ages, the staff thought it was best to forgo the cleanings. I was expecting to be charged, because we had appointments. However, we were told there would be no charge.
The teeth cleaning went extremely well, and the onsite veterinarian pointed out a dental procedure we should do in the future. Apparently, a baby tooth had not dropped down and was still there. Something we had not noticed!
Thank you so much everyone that helped get Pinky's dental cleaning at Qualified Pet Dental. She has heart murmur and anesthetics aren't an option right now. You guys went above and beyond.💓
