Made an appointment on line, got a confirmation and paid $50 deposit. Showed up to my appointment and NOBODY was there. I waited for 30 minutes. I texted, emailed and called inquiring as to why nobody was there. The next day I tried calling again to get my deposit back. Nothing. In the days that followed I sent several more texts, emails and voicemails and still nothing. Total scam. To this day I have not gotten a response, nor gotten my money back. It has been 4 months. So unprofessional. Thief! The only reason for 1 star review is because I can't post the review unless I select something.

Images will speak for themselves. I am very disappointed for being ignored after so many times contacting Bonnie and this place without a response. My eyebrows are a nightmare after being handled by Bonnie! I am so devastated walking around with grayish eyebrows. After being ignored for weeks through Instagram messages and voice messages and text. I placed an appointment. To my surprise I was canceled the same day hours before my appointment.
