Made an appointment on line, got a confirmation and paid $50 deposit. Showed up to my appointment and NOBODY was there. I waited for 30 minutes. I texted, emailed and called inquiring as to why nobody was there. The next day I tried calling again to get my deposit back. Nothing. In the days that followed I sent several more texts, emails and voicemails and still nothing. Total scam. To this day I have not gotten a response, nor gotten my money back. It has been 4 months. So unprofessional. Thief! The only reason for 1 star review is because I can't post the review unless I select something.

Images will speak for themselves. I am very disappointed for being ignored after so many times contacting Bonnie and this place without a response. My eyebrows are a nightmare after being handled by Bonnie! I am so devastated walking around with grayish eyebrows. After being ignored for weeks through Instagram messages and voice messages and text. I placed an appointment. To my surprise I was canceled the same day hours before my appointment. I was very upset because I had made that appointment days prior and took the day off from work. Someone from Pretty inks text me with cancelation. I will post those text. This is so pathetic and so non ethical and professional from their part!! The person text me claiming Bonnie was sick in a leave for the past month. When I had live videos on Instagram when Bonnie is working 2 days before on another client. I didn't do anything wrong by requesting and seeking help for a horrible job done to my eyebrows. If your looking into getting anything done in Pretty inks. Please consider in doing so because evidently Bonnie as the Ceo and her staff don't care about leaving clients looking horrible and without an option to have another location to fix the horrible job done by Pretty inks. This is exactly what I did I was forced to find another microblading location to change the entire work done. Consider finding another place who actually cares about the mistakes they commit specially because it's a feature in our face. I refused to walk around with horrible grayish brows.

I've been here 3x and I go to see my lip blush lady in her own room and she always gives me good energy because her service is free for me because I'm a model and she always does my lip blush tattoo with kindness. Here's some photos. Go see her. Her IG is @blushinkorporated!
