The customer service is absolutely top-notch. Every visit, I get clear info, honest recommendations, and you can tell they keep up with the latest in eye care and eyewear.
They also make picking out frames and lenses easy. Im not someone who has time to sift through a million options, but they walk me through everything—special lenses, frame styles, fully customizable setups—and make sure I end up with something high-quality without feeling ripped off. Dr. Lillian Truong and her team are fantastic! They are thorough, professional, and incredibly friendly. Dr. Truong took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. The staff was also very helpful in choosing new glasses. I highly recommend her office to all my friends and family!

Dr. Truong, I felt, respected my time, and problem solved any concern that I had regarding my eye health. Any Dr. setting usually gives me a bit of anxiety, and Dr. Truong definitely helped with that; being very gentle and knowledgable.The staff are extremely helpful, informative, and very patient. I didn't feel rushed and I felt my questions were welcomed so that I had the best experience possible.The office is kept clean, quiet, and if I could afford to buy all of their selections of the latest style glasses, I would.
