Very nice, down-to-earth people. I was seen right away for both my appointments. Kathy and Sam prepared me for my eyesight evaluation by Dr. Tamayo (Dr. T). They were pleasant and helpful providing answers about insurance and the different service options available. Dr. T explained about eyes in general and my eyes specifically. He was very nice and patient. When I returned to pick up my glasses, Dr. Tu took time to tell me how to get used to them and made sure they fit properly. I felt very comfortable there. Caring, professional and smiles. Very nice.
Went for the first time last week. Love them!! The receptionist was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Very flexible in my change. The doctor was amazing and answered all my questions. I am very pleased I found them. 😀
