I just want to thank Shaunny at Leslie’s for her amazing help today! I had my baby with me, and my car was parked over by Papa John’s, which is a bit far from the store. Without me even asking, she offered to carry the chlorine gallon I bought all the way to my car. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture — truly above and beyond customer service. 🙂💕☺️
I'd give more stars to the young man that waited until I got there, after I called to see if they could give me 10 minutes. I first called the Leslie's on Magnolia but the person that answered told me the door closes on the dot and I already felt like a burden. So I changed to Goldenwest and it saved me a day that I would have had to wait, possibly a week due to work.
His attitude was amazing and made me think about how much potential he has to do great things. My day had gotten better even though I was headed back to work on the green pool.

On January 17, 2023 I went to Leslie's on Goldenwest in Huntington Beach. Andrea, the General Manager, was awesome. I had my pool water tested and Andrea is the most knowledgeable, caring, and kind person. She told me what chemicals to buy and how to use them. She was so patient and answered all my questions. Andrea made me feel so comfortable and confident in keeping my pool in top condition. Thank you Leslie's for having Andrea in your Huntington Beach store.
