If you want the best customer service experience in HB, I highly recommend Store #6 on the corner of Bushard and Atlanta. I've been going here for years and these three amazing individuals deserve some recognition Danielle, Emma, and Desiree. Without fail they always greet me with a smile, ask about my day, and they make you feel like family. Kona Cleaners was fabulous and fast. I took my son’s military dress uniforms in for cleaning. I wasn’t aware that Kona cleans military dress uniforms for free. Often times when a company offers a free or discounted service, the customer service can dip because “you’re not a paying customer”….BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WITH KONA CLEANERS! Service with a smile. All 11 of the pieces I dropped off were finished a day earlier than scheduled. The storefront also is clean and well kept, neat and tidy.
My cleaning was done on time and the serice was terrific! I asked for a few extra bags and they gave them to me for nothing. I was prepared to pay, but didn't have to. I needed to bag several items in my closet.
