This law firm assisted me in understanding the process of workers compensation. I had no idea that it would be a long process. I had a different law firm at first and their communication was awful, they treated me like I knew the process and wouldn't explain or even try. I'm glad that I found this firm, I'm able to login to the portal at any time, Leave a message and they'll return with an answer within 24hrs ( if after work hours). I'm not able to sleep due to pain, so I had concern and question at 1am, logged in, left my message, and the next, I'd have a response before the end of the next business day. Hope you have as much success with them as I do.

I've recently signed up with Jackson &Jackson, this Law firm has already advocated strongly for me with my workers compensation injury, Gary Jackson explained the many reasons why these claims at times can be difficult for an injured worker or any types of injuries as far as dealing with Adjusters and Insurance companies, Jackson &Jackson in just a short time period has already begun this process effectively and is positively advocating strongly for me,in which my previous 2 other attorneys didn't since my work injury on 07/02/2025, Jackson &Jackson as well has the Case Status app in which you can communicate with them and follow up on your claim.
