I come here almost monthly and the customer service i received today from Nadia and Amanda was exceptional. It's been an extremely stressful day for me and i forgot my purse, and there is no tap pay. These employees went out of their way to make sure i still was able to get my car washed. It's the little things in life that make a big difference. Thank you to Nadia and Amanda!
ll the washes do a pretty good job of cleaning your car, my biggest complaint is that the vacuums are NEVER available. People dry their cars in the stalls and seem to just hang out. The last few times I've been, I haven't been able to get a vacuum, which is the biggest reason I go.
This is the best car wash I've had in OC. They provide free mini towels to wipe down your car afterwards and/or free air fresheners from checking in on Yelp. My car gets fairly clean after their basic wash service. Their strong vacuums and car mat cleaning machine is excellent (I've never used one before coming here)!
