I was so nervous to bring my Pomeranian puppy and she did an amazing job. She cut his fur without shaving him and let me know some issues I needed to address at the vet. Totally trustworthy and recommended.

Eva always pleasant. When I drop off Princess I feel like I'm dropping her off with her auntie. Always feel she's in good hands. Princess is my baby and I wouldn't trust her with anybody else. Thanks for the extra care Eva. You're appreciated more then you know

I wanted to like this place. When she was able to groom my dog, I had no issues. But twice now, she has emailed me my appointment date and time, only to show up at that time and her tell me she thought she scheduled me for a different day. I showed her the confirmation emails both times and all she could say is, sorry, come back later. The first time, I thought it was an honest mistake. But to have this happen twice, when I plan my day around appointments for my family, is terrible customer service. I won't be coming here again.
