I just ordered contacts & glasses from the Cypress Costco Optical on Friday 5/31/24 and was very impressed. Ashley who is the receptionist & technician was warm, professional & efficient. Dr. Mei was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to find the right contacts for me. She was also very personable and made me feel relaxed the whole visit. Outstanding service, price & results. Just discovered the world of Costco glasses! They are sooo wonderful! Selections on frames can be limited, but prices and quality are beautiful. And they are sooo nice! Angel was helping me and she made my sunglasses fit better! Love her! Love this place!

Went in to get new glasses for my girlfriend and was surprised with the selection they had available. We were looking around and was approached by an employee named Paul, who may I say was a very sharp dressed man #zztop he was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. He showed us some different frames and even went to the back and grabbed some that weren't out on display. We ended up getting her new glasses and they were ready in less than a week. I highly recommend this locations optometry department super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
