I am 100% pleased with our deck completed by Cornerstone Decks and Patios. Brad was very easy to work with and the quality of his work was outstanding. He really worked with me on my timeline and the insurance and contractors requirements required by my HOA. His crew, Frankie and Tino were meticulous workers who really took pride in the quality of their work. They completed an approximate 350 sq. ft. “ghost” deck using TimberTech composite decking. We are very pleased with Cornerstone’s workmanship with our new HOA pool aluminum patio cover with solar panels. The crew was superb at demolition and footing removal and replacement, not an easy job. They precisely followed engineering design and city codes. Ended up with a very aesthetic construct within quoted budget and timeframe. We wholeheartedly recommend Cornerstone.

I love how the two patio covers I had built by Brad’s company turned out. I had an existing patio cover that I loved but it was 28 years old and was rotting in a few places. Brad’s workers came out, demolished it, and built a brand new one exactly like the original. They then built a smaller one on my other patio to match it. I am extremely particular about things and had called a dozen contractors to get estimates for this work.
