My husband and I have been going to C.A.T.S. Tax Services for several years. Were referred my family member. The place is nice. Staff is helpful and so nice. Lina does our taxes, she has always been so helpful with questions. She has called our home. I've called her because I'm not tech savvy. Christina has answered many questions regarding e-sign. If they didn't know they answer, they find out. Thank you!

I was looking for someone new to do my taxes earlier this year and received a recommendation from a neighbor to reach out to Lina. I am so happy that I did! She is everything that one could want in a professional to do your taxes: friendly, open to questions, thorough, and efficient. Due to my own procrastination, I caught her during a very busy time, but she was still able to accommodate me. She even helped me with a question I had regarding a previous tax return that someone else completed on my behalf. With her advice, I was able to successfully appeal for a greater return. This is a very helpful place when tax services are needed... I ran into some troubles and needed some guidance and sound advice on what to do... I contacted C.A.T.S and representative Lina was excellent ,she was the perfect person I needed... her tax knowledge was invaluable and she was super nice and made sure that I understood everything and made sure that my anxiety about my situation could be easily resolved... Has she helped me through many of the details and I am very satisfied with her assistance... She always called back and followed up as as she said she would without fail...
