I’ve been coming to this clinic for years without any issues, but today I called to find out when urgent care services start. They told me 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., even though I saw online that it starts at 1 p.m. Then, when I arrived at the clinic, I was told it starts at 2 p.m. I don't understand why the information is so inconsistent.
I've been going to AltaMed for over 5 yrs. I have no real complaints. The wait times are no worse than anywhere else. The staff are very helpful. Dr. C. Morris & her nurse Roxy are the best. Parking is an issue.
I have been attending altamed for a number of years and overall it is a great place! Altamed has been very good to me. I decided to switch networks because I recently moved and didn’t want to commute to the Huntington Beach location. The obgyns are very professional and treat you with respect!
The only thing I would complain about is it is really hard for anyone, regardless of you are a client or a medical professional outside of the facility to communicate with the doctors that work there. You have to wait on hold for about 20-30 minutes just to get through to the front desk, and after that you still can’t get through to a doctor. I would literally have to...read full review
