I had a problem with my desktop system not connecting well. Robert answered the phone and evidently had time right away to assist me remotely. My system had been losing internet service connection randomly for about a month. My internet service provider tech rep could not figure it out, therefore, they recommended Tech Heroes. Robert did some remote trouble shooting for about 20 minutes. He was patient, very friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue. I won't tell what he charged me......I'm sure nobody could do better. I will recommend my friends and family for sure. Thanks.

Best place to call for any of your needs with computers. Very good looking employees with a great helpful attitude during my whole experience. I'm not the quickest at this tech stuff but not once did anyone make me feel silly or like I am not up with the "new generation tech", I was able to ask all my concerns and given step by step directions for any further issues.~ Patience was key for my needs~If you want a Tech Company you can trust with all your personal information and also I inside your home....than Tech Heroes is the very best!!

1) I bought a new IPhone 7 and was having issues connecting to my mobile hot-spot with my new Lenovo Yoga 910 2-in-1 laptop. Robert (the Tech Hero) said he could "update my driver" on the laptop and get it to connect without issues. HE DID IT IN AN HOUR. The Apple Store could not help me with this (since it was an issue with my Lenovo), but Robert stepped up to the plate and knocked the ball out of the park. I figured that with a new phone and a new computer that this problem must have been within the hardware; he was able to find the issue and resolve it with ease.
