1) I bought a new IPhone 7 and was having issues connecting to my mobile hot-spot with my new Lenovo Yoga 910 2-in-1 laptop. Robert (the Tech Hero) said he could "update my driver" on the laptop and get it to connect without issues. HE DID IT IN AN HOUR. The Apple Store could not help me with this (since it was an issue with my Lenovo), but Robert stepped up to the plate and knocked the ball out of the park. I figured that with a new phone and a new computer that this problem must have been within the hardware; he was able to find the issue and resolve it with ease. 2) I have a 2011 MacBook Pro that I have been using since it was new. Recently, the computer started to run really slow at the startup, and I haven't been able to update to a modern OS. To top it off... my battery exploded, and pushed my track-pad out of place. I took my computer to Robert at Tech Heroes and he says, "No problem, I'll have this thing running like new in no-time." "No way." -I thought, "How can this guy take a Mac and make it new again, he isn't an Apple Genius..." He put a brand new 500 Gigabyte HD in my computer (with all of my current information transferred over with it), put a brand new battery in, and replaced my track pad. MY COMPUTER IS FASTER THAN IT WAS WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT!! 3) My Lenovo Yoga 910 died on me without warning. I immediately called Robert, since he has pulled through for me before. After looking at the computer, he tells me that it is under warranty (since it is <1year old), and that he would be sending it to Lenovo for their service department to take care of it. This is a problem that Robert can fix, but he has the integrity to tell me that he can save me money by sending it to the manufacturer. What a guy. Robert truly is a Tech Hero. I will always take my machines in to him.
