My system had been losing internet service connection randomly for about a month. My internet service provider tech rep could not figure it out, therefore, they recommended Tech Heroes. Robert did some remote trouble shooting for about 20 minutes. He was patient, very friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue.
