“First visit here. Read some bad reviews, but wanted to check for myself. Glad I did. The office is clean, well lit and modern. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
I found the dentist, Dr. Sando to be honest, knowledgeable and thorough.. sort of, to the point in a good way. She asked if I had any questions after the exam. She laid out a plan of action to address whatever discomforts I had in my mouth. Then moving on to other issues.
I was Blessed to be able to get my teeth cleaned the next day because of a cancellation. Brittany, the hygienist was great.

“I felt compelled to leave a review after witnessing a situation during my recent visit. I was in the room next to another patient who became very loud and aggressive toward the doctor and staff. She repeatedly threatened to leave bad reviews and accused the office of mistreating her daughter. Throughout the entire interaction, the office manager remained extremely calm, respectful, and professional, even while being spoken to very harshly.

Because I overheard her threatening bad reviews, I later checked to see if she actually left one, and the negative review I see here sounds exactly like the situation I overheard. I feel it’s important to share what I personally witnessed, because it does not reflect the reality of this office.
