I replaced a gas furnace with a heat pump in my Hollister home. I interviewed approximately 5 other HVAC companies, finally selected Rianda Air for the job. I was impressed by the owner's (Ron) knowledge, longevity in the profession and his affordable and reasonable bid compared to all the others. His crew, Clayton and Francis, were excellent at their jobs, met all challenges graciously, and worked hard to complete the job--it was not an easy job, it was an older home. Called the day after 90 plus degrees heat wave on a Thursday at 4:30 Wasn't expecting any appointments till next week. They said we will call back to schedule an appointment . Within :40 minutes, the technician found the blown compositor. Replacement parts were on hand and the A/C was back in service. This service price was very reasonable .
