While driving on a month long trip, I noticed our driver mirror loose and found 1 screw broken and a 2nd stripped. A local man mentioned a repair shop nearby and we found J&M RV repair here in Hollister. Vanessa took our call and confirmed someone could help us right away. They started right away and fixed the problem quickly, including recaulking the seams. As rough as the roads are, it would have been very bad to have lost that mirror on our trip. We were treated kindly and the price was very, very reasonable for the quick repair. We don’t live in the area but have no problem recommending their business if you need a repair.
Outstanding service! I drove from Watsonville and it was worth the drive. There was a rattling near my tow hitch. Mr. Avila was able to quickly locate the issue and resolve it. He explained the issue and how he resolved it. He is very knowledgeable. I was one very happy customer. I highly recommend would stop by again. THANK YOU.
We called just 30min before they closed on a Friday. They couldn't get out to us until after we headed out of town and we couldn't get the stabilizers up to leave. Highly stressful situation. Especially since my mom died this morning.
Stressful until we called J&M, that is! Joe went out of his way to help my husband over the phone. Even that close to close and before the weekend. Joe walked my husband through many tries to get it working.
This whole stressful mess was concluded with my husband getting the stabilizers up! Now we can head out to get home for our kids after losing their grandma. J&M, and Joe, got us going again and charged us NOTHING.
