My daughter needed to have her sunglasses adjusted after being bent. Even though the glasses had been purchased elsewhere, Jessica adjusted them right away at no charge. In a world where customer service is often lacking, it certainly is a priority at Hollister Optical Eyewhere!

Jessica was Amazing!! I was seen right away she fixed my glasses they fit perfect now i wont go anywhere else!!! Come in get a new pair or yours adjusted she's so nice and did a great job! I can see!!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Hollister Optical Eyewear today. I came in with a bent pair of glasses and wasn’t even sure they could be fixed. Jessica was incredibly kind and honest from the start she explained that she could try to repair them but couldn’t guarantee anything because the frame was in pretty bad shape.

She immediately took the time to work on them right there while I waited, carefully bending the frame back into position, adding glue, cleaning them up, and somehow bringing them back to life. I was honestly so impressed and grateful.
