We had a great experience with Shawn and his team. They took on our project of totally updating our home heating system in San Jose. They took our system of just a heater from the 1970s and installed a modern AC system and a house fan. They did great work and were very accommodating. They were very professional. Jared answered all of my questions and fixed our heater problem at a very reasonable price. The people I spoke to in the office (on the phone) were also very friendly. We had a great experience with Extreme Air!

I just had a service call responded to, my heater was out,n heat. Jared came out to take the call, on time as agreed to. I had already tried everything I knew how to do and decided not to go any further given the nature of the heater. Usually service techs. don't really want to hear your input about what you think it is, or what you have tried. Most of them really don't appreciate you looking over their shoulder. In this case none of the about bothered him. He got to the root cause right away and resolved the problem.
