We had a great experience with Shawn and his team. They took on our project of totally updating our home heating system in San Jose. They took our system of just a heater from the 1970s and installed a modern AC system and a house fan. They did great work and were very accommodating. They were very professional. I just had a service call responded to, my heater was out,n heat. Jared came out to take the call, on time as agreed to. I had already tried everything I knew how to do and decided not to go any further given the nature of the heater. Usually service techs. don't really want to hear your input about what you think it is, or what you have tried. Most of them really don't appreciate you looking over their shoulder. In this case none of the about bothered him. He got to the root cause right away and resolved the problem. I was actually close to figuring it out, but, I never expected there to be a bug in the orfice that delivers gas to ignite the flame, truth is, I was ready to order a new control board, which is what I figured the problem was. I am glad I didn't suppliers usually don't take back electric/electronic parts you used for trouble shooting. Once again t I was treated fairly and now I don't have to wear long Johns while I sleep. I am a retired service tech, most of what didn't bother him, would have bothered me.
