The technicians sent by my general contractor was here for two days but never resolved the original mini-split issue. Instead of diagnosing the actual problem, they spent the time on an unnecessary line-check that required disassembling the line covers. Worse, they didn't reinstall the covers properly afterward.
So I'm left with the same unresolved issue I started with, plus new damage: the line covers are now misaligned and finished unprofessionally.

I do not recommend.

Our furnace isn't working and we called them to get a appointment to service it and they said they are not taking any service appointments right now. I asked if they could make an exception since we have a new born and they still said no.
