My husband is the one who goes to Dr. Rauch so this is my review about being an observer. The office staff is super nice and genuinely kind and caring…calling out Cyndee and Rachel in particular because they were the ones taking care of him during his procedures. Dr. Rauch is very kind, answered all my questions and was happy for me to take pictures of my husband while they worked in his mouth. It was super cool to see all the technology used to give my husband back his beautiful smile. During the “big” procedure I was very happy about how well they took care of him. Dr. Rauch and the ENTIRE team front and back office are amazing. I’m one of this patients who waits until things get bad before I come. I had a very big abscess and was in so much pain. They worked with me and got me in, working within my budget and treated me so kindly. Never judged me. I will definitely be coming back for my cleaning’s every six months moving forward!
