The staff is pleasant and professional, setting patients at ease with their affable and reassuring demeanor. Dr. McBride, the oral surgeon, is highly recommended for his clear explanations, attention to medical history, and gentle approach, resulting in successful and painless procedures. The office maintains a warm and trusting environment, where patients feel valued and treated with respect.
Our son went in to get three wisdom teeth out. They made him, myself and husband comfortable with the process. They explained everything in detail and gave us a detail outline of how to take care of him at home as well as expectations as to what will come with the recovery process. The surgeon called us later that day to check in on him which was nice. They also made sure to tell us more than once to give them a call anytime if we have questions or need anything. Overall, everything went positively and as worried mom it definitely helped ease my nerves with the care the doctor and nurses gave.
Dr. Carr took his time examining the healing site, walked me through exactly what he was seeing, and explained that everything was progressing right on schedule. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot) without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out most was how he balanced being thorough and medically precise with genuine warmth — he clearly cares about outcomes, not just checking a box.
