First time getting my nails done in Hollister since we moved out here from San Jose. The place looked relaxing and clean walking in but the minute I sat down for my pedi and mani it was questionable how sanitized everything was. Did not see any sterilized bags for the tools or them cleaning the station after each customer. Everything looked dirty including the tools, towels, chairs, pillows, etc. The file they were using on me was clearly used and the cuticle cutter she took out was dirty in her toolbox. Got me in fast. Good work except my diamonds started falling off right away. Im side if I had went back to get them fixed they would; hard to stay on however they should know this,bc I'm wearing Matt. You can't add clear gloss over it

The pedicure and manicure were decent but when it came to applying the polish it was horrible. They are sloppy when applying polish. How does someone have pride in their work when it's sloppy?
