I had an incredible experience with this shop! I’m from Salinas and ordered some flowers for our customer out in Hollister for Mother’s Day, but I realized I made a small error on the message. I left a voicemail, and they returned my call as soon as possible.
The woman who called me back at 10:25 AM today (May 11) was absolutely wonderful—really friendly, respectful, and more than willing to help me fix the mistake and make changes to my order. I truly appreciate the top-notch customer service. I totally recommend this place to anyone in Hollister looking for beautiful flowers or gifts!
I needed a nice bouquet of flowers for my mother in laws birthday. I went to this florist shop and they had 3 ready to go bouquets and this one was perfect since she likes sunflowers! The shop worker had even offered to make a new bouquet, great Customer service to be had at this florist:)
The owner was very welcoming and took her time and show me all of the options that I could have on my on my wedding. Such an amazing flower shop!
