Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Employee Conduct
I am writing to formally report the conduct of one of your employees operating an Al Fresco Landscaping truck on Mission Boulevard near the Tennyson Road intersection in Hayward, California.
While stopped in traffic, your driver repeatedly and deliberately stared at my wife's breasts in an obvious, prolonged, and inappropriate manner. He smiled and laughed to himself while continuing to look at her. When I made direct eye contact with him to make it clear that I had observed his behavior, he did not stop, look away, or appear embarrassed. Dear Al Fresco Landscaping Management,
I would like to bring to your attention the conduct of an employee riding in one of your Al Fresco Landscaping trucks in the vicinity of Mission Boulevard and Tennyson Road in Hayward, California.
Incident Date: July 15, 2026
Incident Time: Approximately 11:10 a.m.
At approximately 11:10 a.m., an Al Fresco Landscaping truck towing a trailer was traveling near the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Tennyson Road. Always inconsistent with the times at the local parks for unlocking restrooms. Scheduled a field trip for preschool nearby and the children arrived today at 8am but left at 815 due to no open facility
