I am genuinely upset after reading the previous review and feel compelled to speak up. I have been a loyal customer of this dog grooming business for a long time, and the accusations being made are absolutely shocking and heartbreaking. This is a place I trust completely with my dog, and I would never continue bringing my pet somewhere that felt unsafe or unprofessional.
Lisa is kind, patient, and truly passionate about what she does. The shop is always clean, calm, and welcoming, and my dog is excited to go every single visit.
