I have had Bergman for 7 years now. I moved into a country home and the previous owners had installed sprinklers and had dry spots all over. They re-did all the sprinklers to better placement and installed a new automatic sprinkler timer. At first the timer would reset on it's own (happened 2 times) so we had to troubleshoot shoot that (it was a great learning experience! They explained and I got to understand how these things work! Lol) With time some of the sprinklers would go out of adjustment (normal wear) but never anything major and they fixed them promptly.
