This shop has a few people who do it right. And Crystal is at the top of the list! It’s a haircut right?! But she takes the time to work with each person and gives them what they want and will even make suggests if you are unsure - thanks Crystal!

First time ever going to Greatclips. My in laws usually go regularly but not this particular location. I needed my hair washed so we made an appointment online & am sooo glad I did. Kay was AMAZING. She washed my hair better than any high end salon I’ve ever been to(I’ve been to a lot) it came out silky smooth and the shampoo smelled great! She had great customer service and didn’t make me feel rushed even though there were people waiting. The girl who was working with Kay was super nice too I heard her speaking to other customers. I came over to Great Clips in Highland for a haircut. Check in was quick and minimal wait. My stylist, Crystal, was amazing. From her energy, friendliness and attention to detail, she delivered on a great haircut experience. I would highly recommend Great Clips in Highland and Crystal.
