This company worked for me for 2 years, their work was sufficient, nothing above the average hence there 3 stars, but I noticed during raining season ( and his thanksgiving vacation) they were not coming which I completely understand but were still charging me full payment, when I brought this to Brian’s attention he became very hostile and pass aggressive. His ability to resolve conflict with customers is lacking which is a big part of customer service. If you use this company just have a clear understanding of what you expect maybe a contract. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Great character and work ethic. Brian keeps our pool clear and clean, which is hard in the city of Fontana. Been with the company for about 4 years. We are happy.
