Was a pleasure to meet William and have him do a home inspection for us in Palm Desert! Very thorough and more detailed than I expected. He pointed out a lot of items in the home that we might need to get checked out in the future, as well as things we should ask the seller to fix before purchasing. Would definitely refer him to all of our friends.
I just had a great experience with Close-Up Property Inspections. I am buying my first house and this inspection was thorough and really put my mind at ease. I feel confidant knowing the condition of the largest purchase of my life now and down the road. I would recommend Close-Up to anybody in the market buying a home.
