Had the pleasure to hire William Close. I'm currently a first time homebuyer, and William took the liberty to turn on AC, Water Heater, Garage Motors and Gas lines! Which should be already up and running prior to inspection from the seller. William was very thorough! Inspected attic, plumbing, electrical and HVAC! He was comforting and answered all of our concerns professionally! It shows his 20 plus years of experience right of the bat! The very next day I got the report of what needed to be addressed! Thank you William for helping us with get through this stage and in our biggest investment of our life!

I called William one day and we had a scheduled appointment the next day, he came to the property and checked everything thoroughly and gave a very detailed report that same day. He did so good even the seller took his business card. His pricing was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company to everyone in need of a home inspection.
