I'm a member of Apt. Owners Assn and was going to use one of the eviction lawyers/services advertised through their magazine, until I started checking the reviews on Yelp and Google. It's so disappointing what I read and I can believe to the truthfulness of most of the reviews written. Although California Eviction Service didn't have any reviews, I called and spoke with Pam. She seemed compassionate with my needs and appeared she has more than 35 years of experience in this area. She appeared to be busy, but gave me the time answering my questions which gave me the opportunity to determine her knowledge in this area and the timeline in preparing the documents and filing them. As one can imagine, hiring a big firm involves delay in the process and adds to the stress of the situation. Pam was nice enough to review the 3-day notice I prepared and gave me some tips to improve it so it doesn't call unnecessary attention to the judge. So far, as soon as I'm ready to file, I'm convinced that Pam will do a good job in assisting me in taking this eviction to the end. Pam, thank you for your time.
