We have always had a positive experience, especially coming from a pet parent who’s had their dog shaved unexpectedly & given the worst service too! I was so nervous when I first took my girl in but Meagan and her team reassured me plenty of times and has always called if there was anything that she suggests as she grooms! The pricing is reasonable for the services I receive and how I like my pet cut and blow dried! Scheduling is easy and they will always try and accommodate as best as they can! I honestly love this grooming service. The staff are always so nice. The facility is always clean and welcoming. They are pretty quick and always do a really good job. My dog loves going there!! Totally would recommend to everyone! Best in the HD and the prices are great!!!!!!

Took Koda and Kenai to the Knotty Groomer to get groomed by Felicia. Since this is her craft, we let her style them how she sees fit. Our only request is to clear Kenai's face so he can see. His hair grows over his eyes.
Felicia is friendly. Her energy is positive. She calms the dogs with her approach and smooth tone. She gives the dogs her attention. I like that she takes her time and has the patience to care for each of our dogs separately.
