Issac is amazing, phenomenal customer service. Been too many shops and No other shop is as hospitable as Sound Image. I was visiting my aunt and stopped by to Sound Image to look around. Issac was super friendly and kind, and detailed his price break down and quality options for window tint, that I told him thank you and left. I knew i would be right back, continued to my aunts house, had her follow me to Sound Image and dropped off her car for Issac to Tint her car. I took my aunt to lunch and stopped by the mall for a few. This place has great customer service. The owner isaac went above and beyond to make sure i left happy. This is my new spot, not just for sounds but also for truck lift, window tint, rims, and tires.
