When our father passed away, we were faced with the overwhelming task of planning his final arrangements. She worked closely with our brother to ensure every detail was exactly as he envisioned, providing guidance and support with grace and understanding.
Mischelle’s kindness and sensitivity were evident in every interaction. She made us feel truly cared for during a time when we needed it most. Her ability to balance professionalism with genuine empathy turned an incredibly difficult experience into one that honored our father beautifully.
I can’t thank Elizabeth enough on all the help she provided to during this difficult time. She was very fast and great with communicating with us on everything that was going on. She helped us navigate through this difficult time of loosing our uncle. She went above and beyond with her services even helping with our grandmas visa. Everyone at Kern mortuary was very helpful and they took care of everything necessary. I am very grateful and thankful we chose them. I would highly recommend them.
