I started at this facility about 5 years ago. I had to leave for a bit due to personal circumstances. Upon my return I was broken. Life had thrown me some curve balls that I could not stand up to. I had a newborn baby and was in desperate need of some rebuilding. The folks here not only welcomed me back with open arms, but were so patient and caring as I began my new transition. Getting into the swing of things was not easy for me. But I am forever thankful to them. Joining High Definition Fitness has been the best decision I have made for myself.... Honestly, I have benefited from joining in all areas of my life. So grateful for my coaches, they truly share their passion and knowledge with others.

If I could give more stars, I would. Finding a proper CrossFit box is extremely important. It's not just about locating the perfect box, it's finding the box for you. Crossfit High Definition (HiDef) is nothing less than amazing. I've never seen such a diverse group of people who have made this box their home. First off, the location: right by the freeway, and easy access from anywhere in the high desert. The gym is very clean! The layout is wonderful. With high ceilings, ability to do the rope climbs, wall balls, ring rows. Etc.
