Fast Trac is great, I have probably used them 20 + times over the past 10 years and I have never been disappointed, Brian and his crew are top notch; they are professional and get the job done for a reasonable price. When I get an abatement notice, I'll text Brian a copy of the notice, he'll check out a property and send me a quote, once he gets the ok to do the work, he puts it on his schedule and sends me pics when the job's done, very efficient.
