My cat was so Matted it was an emergency to have her groomed emailed and called so many places and no response she is so furry and her back end was so clumped she went to the bathroom on Friday night and was smearing poop all over the house I called b and t dusty paws and they said yes bring her in They were so nice great customer service saved her life being honest I didn’t know what to do Half of her body is shaved but oh well thank u so so so much we love our cat so much and grateful for u

Although they did a good job on the grooming I didn't care for the 7 hour wait to get my dog back. If you have to make an appointment time then your dog should be groomed by that time or if their busy no longer then a 2 hour wait. 7 hours is ridiculous.

Amazing service here I brought my cat and they did exactly what i asked for and left him with a nice haircut and clean highly recommend this place the prices are also very great and reasonable!
