“I don't want to give away too much personal information, but our experience with Desanne the PA and Thomas the therapist has been positive. They are very helpful and attentive, professional and engaged. It is easy to get an appointment with them. Their office staff is also helpful in scheduling appointments. I am quite surprised by the overwhelming number of negative reviews. I have commercial insurance through Anthem Blue Cross. I have only had a problem scheduling and accessing their patient portal just ONCE, which was frustrating but it's not enough for me to totally discredit this practice. Overall they do a very good job of caring for my family. I would recommend them especially because they do Zoom telehealth appointments. This is perfect for busy families.”
